Crafoord Place Hostel is located in a calm and charming area named Vasastan, which is known for its parks, in particular Vasaparken, where it's perfect for picnics in the summer and ice skating in the winter. At walking distance from the hostel you will find a rich cultural scene with many restaurants, bars, cafés and small boutiques for shopping. Crafoord Place is only 15 minutes’ walk from Stockholm Central Station and you can explore the best of Stockholm with shopping and entertainment around the Drottninggatan/Hötorget area.

All rooms have fantastic views over the city and the water. Each guest has their own wardrobe with a mirror in the room. Toilets and showers are shared.

Feel at home with our fully equipped shared kitchen equipped with a proper oven, microwave, kettle, induction plates and a fridge with freezer. You also have access to a laundry room, guest computer, a cozy chill-out room with a large flat-screen TV with Netflix and in the summer there is outdoor barbecue available.

Stockholm Observatory and the Strindberg Museum are within 1 km of the property. A variety of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets can also be found in the area. The metro stop S:t Eriksplan and Odenplan is a 10-minute walk away, where also the Arlanda Airport buses stop.

Fresh bed linen is provided for all guests. Free WiFi throughout the property.

Good hostel. Good option to save money.
Friendly staff. Clean and equiped kitchen. Quite atmosphere. Close to bus and metro. Easygoing check out time.
There was no elevator between 7th and 8th floor. It was uneasy to carry 23kg by myself. However it is just one floor so it is ok. Shower and toilets are quite crowded in the morning so it is better to wake up really early or depart late.

Good
Staff were friendly/helpful, was pretty clean, and they are up on security. Pin code changes daily, which is reassuring. It also means you can't accidentally lock yourself out of the hostel or room because you forgot your key. The views over towards old town were amazing. There was enough gap under bunk or in corners to store your bags without using hallway lockers
Each bed has a power point and a reading light. Unfortunately, it was either light OR charging your gear, not both. If you have heavy luggage, be aware you will need to take it up one flight of stairs as elevator goes to 7th floor not 8th where hostel is. There were 3 showers and 3 toilets for everyone without a private bathroom in their room. Bed was a little thin but otherwise it was alright.
